Siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire in stage nell’area Retail, che si occuperà di supportare il team della Boutique di Montenapoleone. È apprezzato un carattere altamente motivato, con forte personalità e passione per il mondo della vendita di lusso.

Si ricerca forte orientamento al risultato, propensione all’apprendimento, costante aggiornamento sulle tendenze della moda e forte interesse per il nostro marchio e i nostri prodotti.

**RESPONSIBILITA’**:

- Supportare nell’elaborazione e aggiornamento di analisi settimanali e mensili sulle vendite e sui principali KPIs della boutique
- Svolgere specifiche analisi di reportistica associata in tema di CRM, liste clienti e segmentazione clienti
- Aggiornare le bacheche aziendali rispetto a comunicazioni headquarters così come a target, kpi’s e risultati delle analisi effettuate.
- Supportare il team per la stesura di presentazioni ppt relative ad action plan
- Supportare nelle attività di office management (servizi generali, fornitura materiali d'ufficio) e di organizzazione omaggi e cene con clienti

Studi economici
Interesse per il mondo Retail
Attitudine all’analisi quantitativa e al problem solving
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
Ottima capacità di gestione del tempo
Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
Intraprendenza, spirito di iniziativa e autonomia organizzativa
Propensione al lavoro in team
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
