Perfetto Traveler is a leading Destinations Management Company specializing in creating exceptional travel experiences for discerning travelers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. As the Product
Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our travel product offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and align with our company's vision and values. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual with a passion for travel.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perfetto Preferred Hotels Programs and Incentives:

- Develop and manage Perfetto Preferred Hotels programs, collaborating with hotels and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable contracts and rates.
- Design and implement incentives and rewards programs for loyal customers and travel agents to enhance hotel bookings and promote customer satisfaction.

2. Perfetto Amenities:

- Oversee the selection and curation of exclusive amenities for Perfetto clients, ensuring a unique and exceptional guest experience at each destination.
- Collaborate with hotels and suppliers to maintain a consistent level of quality and service.

3. Villas and Hotels Portfolios:

- Manage and expand the portfolio of luxury villas and hotels in key destinations, ensuring a diverse range of accommodations to meet the preferences of our clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the luxury travel market.

4. Packaged Itineraries:

- Develop innovative and captivating packaged itineraries that showcase the best of each destination, combining unique experiences, accommodations, and activities.
- Work closely with the Sales and Reservations teams to promote and sell these packaged itineraries to potential clients.

5. New and Existing Experiences:

- Continuously explore and curate new travel experiences and activities that align with

Perfetto Traveler's brand and cater to the interests of our clients.
- Enhance existing experiences based on customer feedback and evolving preferences.

6. Vetting New and Existing Suppliers:

- Conduct a thorough evaluation and vetting process for potential new suppliers, ensuring they meet Perfetto's standards of quality, safety, and ethical practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to secure competitive rates.

7. Perfetto's Portfolios and Perfetto Prime:

- Manage Perfetto's product portfolios, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content across various platforms and marketing materials.
- Oversee Perfetto Prime, our premium membership program, providing exclusive benefits and privileges to members.

8. Dining and Lifestyle Portfolios:

- Collaborate with the Dining team to curate exceptional dining experiences and restaurant partnerships that align with Perfetto's high standards.
- Explore lifestyle partnerships and collaborations to enhance the overall travel experience for our clients.

9. Content, Contracts, Strategy, and Development:

- Take ownership of product-related content, ensuring it is accurate, compelling, and engaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Manage contract negotiations with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure the best terms for Perfetto Traveler.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and growth targets.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product development decisions.
- Utilize your expertise in Italy's history, geography, and culture to shape and enrich travel experiences related to the country.

10. Reporting:

- Provide regular reports on product performance, key initiatives, and market trends to the senior management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful travel products and experiences.
- Knowledge of luxury travel market trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and travel industry software.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Italy, including its history, geography, and culture.
- Ability to create and cultivate relationships, locate suitable suppliers and new experiences, negotiate contracts, and assist with troubleshooting.

**Salary**: From €2,500.
