Our client is an important company, global market leader in photography and broadcasting, whose strategy is based on continuous innovation and on the design, production and distribution of premium-branded products. For them, we are looking for a:
**COMPENSATION & BENEFIT EXPERT**:
**Main responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities for this role will include:
- Working on the incentive plans (MBOs) on a global scale;
- HRIS: Maintaining the global database and processes, checking the completion of ongoing tasks and supporting the HR team to solve issues, promoting and driving adjustments and improvements according to business needs;
- Supporting the creation and management of competitive compensation models, ensuring appropriate and up-to-date compensation benchmarks through the management of the job evaluation system;
- Supporting in running and monitoring the salary review process;
- Supporting decision making by providing periodic reporting on the main HR KPIs, ensuring regular monitoring and maintenance of systems and database.
He/she will have an excellent knowledge of Excel and English.
Accuracy, analytical skills, ability in meeting deadlines, spirit of initiative, ability to work with international and cross-functional teams will complete the profile.
