Within the High Jewelry Quality & After Sales department based in Rome, we are looking for a **High Jewelry After Sales Service Specialist**.

Profilo
- Support local markets for all After Sales Service activities, especially for repairs requested by the market (products owned by customer/local property/central property) and repairs of stock intercepted by Quality Control;
- Evaluate (through photos of the damage on the jewel) whether the repair can be carried out on site by the local After Sales Service Center/local laboratories or in Headquarter in Rome, aligning with Quality Control experts, production managers, and Purchasing department;
- Coordinate the repair flow, giving the right priority to repairs also performing data entry in the relevant system;
- Creation of Production orders/Purchasing orders for all reworks/repairs done internally or externally;
- Transfer of products for Quality department check/Gemological department check;
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department for stones replacements, specifying the type of stone needed and size;
- Develop the repair cost estimate (quotes) in cooperation with Purchasing, Quality Control, and Gemological departments;
- Communicate the repair cost estimates to the commercial network and follow up on client feedback;
- Monitor and follow up on the repair flows, in terms of process, costs, and delivery dates, registering all relevant information (where applicable);
- Elaborate regular and on demand statistics and reporting including open orders, costs etc.;
- Coordination of activities (quality/gemological checks and repairs) after main high jewelry events;
- Spare Parts flow management.
- University degree in Engineering or Economics
- Knowledge of repair processes for the assigned product category
- Knowledge of the After Sales repair network
- Analysis and reporting techniques
- Project management capabilities
- Fluency in English
