All’interno di progetti di sviluppo di prodotti e servizi sempre più complessi e a valore aggiunto per i nostri Clienti, stiamo cercando un/una **Marketing e CRM Specialist.**

**DESCRIZIONE**

Sarà inoltre responsabile di lavorare in modo efficace sul funnel dei merchant aumentando l’adozione e l’engagement dei nostri prodotti e servizi, aumentando la brand awareness dei prodotti Italiaonline e l’engagement sui servizi.

La persona individuata avrà la responsabilità di:

- Pianificare campagne di acquisizione utenti lungo tutto il customer lifecycle;
- Analizzare i dati di comportamento di utenti e merchant per sviluppare attività innovative volte all’aumento dell’engagement sulle piattaforme;
- Garantire la crescita dei servizi a pagamento;
- Profilare i clienti e i merchant.

**COMPETENZE**
- Esperienza professionale di 1-3 anni come CRM specialist in realtà dinamiche e digitali
- Padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza su tool di business intelligence e demand marketing
- Laurea magistrale
