**Marketing & Communication Specialist**

We are looking for a junior professional to join us as regional Marketing & Communication Specialist to join us in Italy. Our office in the Milan area is located in Assago. You will support the regional sales organization with Marketing Communication expertise and by managing related data.

**These will be your main responsibilities**:

- Provides local marketing & communication support for sales teams
- Organizes product launches, campaigns and promotions aligned with EoE target
- Creates and organizes marketing contents (literature & digital, App, Web, Social Media, organizes translations)
- Organizes fairs & customer events
- Manages operational and administrative tasks linked to the marketing activities (purchase requisitions, follow-up, deliveries etc)
- Serves as a liaison with Global Marketing team
- Works with vendors for literature, give-aways and other marketing related tasks
- Reporting & analyzing
- Maintains Partner Contact List for marketing purposes into CRM
**This is what we are looking for**:

- Between 2 and 3 years’ experience in a Marketing & Communication role
- Very good English written and spoken, German is a plus
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Adobe Experience Manager
- Website analytics tools (Adobe and Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up / optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Social media / social media advertising
- Project Management tools (Workfront or others)
