Stiamo cercando un Impact Partnership & Account che sviluppi progetti ambientali con Brand e Aziende. Gestisca personalmente +40 brand amici delle api.

Compiti

**Questa posizione prevede 5 principali responsabilità**:
1) Gestire l'operatività quotidiana dei progetti;
2) Aumentare il tasso di rinnovo dei contratti;
4) Sviluppare processi di upselling metodici e precisi, creando presentazioni e documenti condivisibili con i clienti;
6) Gestire operativamente +40 Accounts

Riporta al Account Senior la % di rinnovi, la soddisfazione dei clienti, la % di upselling;
Requisiti

Le Competenze richieste
- Forti capacità relazionali (ascolto del cliente, comunicazione positiva, public speaking)
- Risolvere problemi dei cliente in modo celere, veloce e autonomo.
- Utilizzo di Tool come salesforce, pipedrive o analoghi per la gestione clienti;
- Laurea magistrale e stage in agenzia o azienda.

Cosa ci aspettiamo
- Il team Sales deve avere la tranquillità di affidare i clienti sapendo che sono è supportata da account eccezionali
- La persona deve essere totalmente autonoma
- 2+ di esperienza aziendale come Account/Biz Dev/Sales manager o in campo Agronomico nella gestione di progetti ambientali

- Stipendio commisurato al livello di esperienza: da 22k a 32k di RAL
