Siamo alla ricerca di un brillante laureando/neolaureato da inserire come **Business Analyst **per il team **Operations Governance di Faenza/Area Relationship and Offering Management**:

- struttura direzionale che opera in staff al CEO di BU.

All’interno della funzione di Operations Governance, in collaborazione diretta con il CEO di BU, con gli uffici delle diverse aree operative e con le strutture di Gruppo, potrai essere coinvolto operativamente nella gestione dei _progetti strategici di linea tra i più innovativi nel settore del credito _e avrai il compito di supportare l’ufficio:

- nello studio, analisi, valutazione, definizione e realizzazione delle offerte commerciali nel rispetto delle strategie aziendali e dei target di marginalità attesi;
- nella gestione e coordinamento delle gare d’appalto;
- nel caring continuo nei confronti dei partner commerciali, in coordinamento con le aree operative, promuovendo anche l’organizzazione di meeting periodici;
- nella produzione dei deliverable nei vari framework attesi (ppt, schede tecniche, report) a supporto della direzione

Se possiedi le seguenti competenze e caratteristiche:

- laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o materie scientifiche
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- ottima conoscenza pacchetto office (Excel, powerpoint)
- conoscenze in ambito project management e nella gestione di offerte commerciali
- ottime doti organizzative, capacità di sintesi e di problem solving
- orientamento al risultato, flessibilità e proattività
- ottime capacità e competenze relazionali ed esperienze pregresse preferibilmente in società di consulenza direzionale e in attività di definizione e composizione di offerte commerciali, gestione complessiva di gare d’appalto, gestione di progetti complessi preferibilmente in ambito bancario/finanziario;

La sede di lavoro è Faenza e non è raggiungibile dai mezzi pubblici.

La tipologia contrattuale e la retribuzione saranno commisurate alle effettive competenze/capacità.
