We are now working with an incredibly successful, well known technology business based in Milan. They have built an incredibly strong reputation in their sector.
They are now looking to add a Director level professional to their team who will work on the origination and execution of M&A mandates for the firm as principal. The business has ambitious growth plans.
On a day to day basis, you will identify and target potential acquisitions for the firm; conduct due diligence; work on full deal execution; project manage the transaction and liaise with advisors; work on the integration of the target into the business.
Background in corporate development, private equity, investing or investment banking
Excellent deal sheet
Strong background in technology or software M&A
Currently working at the Director level +
Happy to work in Milan
