WestLink is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Product Owner** to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of software projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project success. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and development teams to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the product management team, clients and development team, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Define product roadmaps, sprint goals, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the product management team, clients and development team to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive product vision.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges to meet deadlines.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track progress and manage workflows.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance product decision-making and optimize user experience.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall company strategy and client expectations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or a similar role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and their impact on user-friendly software interfaces.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align project goals with company strategy and client needs.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of challenges and drive solutions.
- A continuous learning mindset and commitment to staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
