We are currently representing a multinational retail company which specializes in sports equipment and sportswear. This European company is looking for a **DIGITAL and DIALOGUE LEADER** in charge of promoting their new volleyball brand.
This person will be part of a dedicated Team responsible for the development of the new brand and will directly report to the **_Senior Project Team Leader_**.
**Main activities**:

- Leading communications projects and all the digital activities to promote the new brand worldwide through the main company social media accounts, measuring the efficiency and improving the performance and quality of the brand;
- Actively writing and editing content mainly **in Italian and occasionally English**;
- Creating the content calendar;
- Sharing contents on company’s social mediaprofiles at worldwide level;
- Monitoring and managing customers queries via web and social channels;
- Reporting to the Senior Team Project Leader on occurring issues in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction;
- Planning, organizing, editing and writing parts of the content of the newsletter;
- Cooperating in the production of online merchandising and supervise its availability, supporting the merchandiser and web marketer;
- Working on initiatives to generate traffic by supporting the development, execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns;
- Preparing and writing the product files of all the volleyball range in collaboration with Product managers;
- Managing landing pages optimisation in line with SEO best practise ;
- Managing digital contents and working with analytical tools;
- Tracking, measuring & reporting on campaign performance.
**Skills and requirements**:

- Familiarity with creating digital and social content;
- Familiarity with analysis tools and knowledge of SEO best practices;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational, computer and social media skills;
- Time
- management;
- Creativity;
- Attitude toward teamwork;
- Initiative and passion for sports, especially volleyball;
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in communication departments;
- Fluency in **Italian and English**. Knowledge of the French language represents a distinctive advantage.
