The Finance Lead owns the budget, forecast and financial reporting for the Expansion Project. He/she supports the Project Management with accurate forecasting and budget tracking, including cash flow management. In addition, the role will ensure regular reporting is up to par and will oversee accounting activities of the company.

**What you can expect**:

- Establish an internal control system (ICS) of the Company.
- Provide periodic reports to the Group on financial results, cash flows and investments (IFRS).
- Provide full support to internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Establish a risk management and reporting process to the Group.
- Maintain relationships with external consultants, ensuring the fulfilment of corporate, fiscal, and administrative obligations.
- Prepare budget and including regular forecasting.
- Comply with all the safety and security rules and regulations lead by example.
- Follow the corporate authority matrix, contract policies compliance guidelines.
- Actively report improvement opportunities to direct report.

**What you bring to the table**:
We’re looking for an accurate and process minded individual who can engage with the different project stakeholders. The person would have a high sense of responsibility as the role is vital to track progress of the entire project and ensure the deliverables are achieved.
- Degree in Finance, Economy, Business Engineering or related
- Experience (5+ year(s)) in finance controlling, commercial administration (incl. critical paths, resources, etc.)
- Good Italian and English (German is a plus)
- Experience (5+ year(s)) in projects/developments
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Good understanding of SAP/accounting systems & procedures
- Understanding of project management methodologies, including project controls
- Driven and detail oriented, will own the reporting & regular updates
- Process & logic driven mentality
