**Affiliate Marketing Specialist**

We are currently seeking a dynamic, hard-working and talented SAffiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Milan. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will support in **executing affiliate marketing strategies for the fashion and luxury brands** under The Level Group's management.

**What you'll do**:

- Build, grow and maintain existing agency and affiliate partnerships with influencers and publishers to the optimal standard
- Create and maintain regularly report campaign results internally, making recommendations and adjustments to drive results on key KPIs
- Proactively research new affiliate opportunities and partners
- Work closely with affiliate partners to optimize existing programs and negotiating placements, collaborations, and exclusives
- Liaise with the Online Marketing team in order to identify key promotions to pass on to affiliates
- Assist the team in launching new affiliate programs for TLG's brands
- Carry out ongoing market research and competitive analysis, and work together with the team to originate and execute innovative affiliate strategies and promotions
- Liaise with the Administration team to manage affiliate invoicing and payment processes

**What we're looking for**:

- 2-3 years of experience in affiliation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both English and Italian
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field of study
- Experience managing multiple accounts/clients
- Experience in fashion/luxury/lifestyle industries is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow up skills
