Company Overview With 25 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer insights, Kelkoo Group is a global data-driven marketing platform that connects consumers with products and delivers high-quality traffic to online merchants.Operating in 30 countries worldwide, we provide retailers with traffic acquisition solutions by driving highly qualified leads to their online stores, while offering monetization solutions for publishers through the display of merchant products on their websites.Kelkoo Group offers a professional yet friendly working environment.Our passionate, multicultural team of over 160 employees operates from our European offices in London (HQ), Paris, Grenoble, Milan, Hamburg, and Madrid.Role Overview: Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager As a Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of existing affiliate programs, with a strong focus on the DACH market.Your role includes managing and optimizing the performance of affiliate accounts by monitoring lead volume, conversion rates, and commissions on a daily basis.Developing a solid understanding of affiliate platform dashboards and our internal performance monitoring tools is essential to meet the day-to-day requirements of this position.Key Responsibilities Performance Review – Analyze merchant performance on Kelkoo using affiliate network and internal Cube data.KPI Monitoring – Track gross margin, commission levels, lead volume, and calculate eCPC for each merchant.Campaign Development & Optimization – Support revenue and lead growth via CPA increases, CSS approvals, and feed quality improvements.Campaign Maintenance &
