**Position Summary**:
We're looking for an** Industrial Controlling Analyst** in **Reggio Emilia** location

The position is primarily in charge of inventory evaluation, production flows and opex control (labor cost and expenses).
The position contribute at the accuracy of Monthly closing, weekly indicators, rolling forecasts and Budget, respecting deadlines and Dana policies.
Moreover, the position participate to studies and action plan together with local management and all departments of the Grand Reggio entities, to provide controlling tools and support to improving the profitability of the business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Inventory evaluation (Stock, WIP, GIT and Reserves)
- Industrial costing : Flows analytical accounting (Cost of production and Sales), defining production hourly rate costs. Analysis aiming to imporove business marginality
- Headcount and labor cost
- Opearations and SG&A expenses analysis

**Main Opportunities and Challenges**

CONTRIBUTION IMPACT TO:
Preparation of the rolling forecasts and budget
Inventory evaluation and trend analysis
Measure and analyse the variances versus standard with operation controllers
Definition of the product cost and standard rules with Costing
Definition and follow up with IT of the Improvements SAP needed

Major Internal Relationships:
**Local**: Controlling, Accounting (local and shared services), Costing, Purchase and logistic, Operations, IT
Intragroup: finance BU and Corporate, Logistic, continuous improvement, other entities

**Job Postion Requirements**:
Education: University bachelor degree in economics / accounting

Controlling in Manufacturing plants with SAP

Hard skills

Essential:
Languages: Italian & English mandatory

Technical Skills

Essential: Excel, SAP, inventory management and accounting, experience in a Controlling dpt of a Manufacturing facility
