This position can either be filled in **Germany remote** or in **Settala hybrid**(2x/week office),

**About the role**:
Join our dynamic marketplace team and become the key point of contact for our Italian business expansion. If you enjoy building new partnerships and being at the forefront of international growth, this role offers you exactly that opportunity. You’ll help shape our marketplace strategy in Italy and other markets, directly impacting the growth of Redcare Pharmacy.

**About your tasks**:

- Be the **first face for our marketplace in Italy** and other selected countries, establishing lasting business relationships
- ** Drive acquisition and development** of cooperation partners across various marketplace categories (inbound and outbound)
- Take ownership of your **individual sales targets** and contribute to significant business growth
- ** Independently research and proactively engage** with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities
- Handle **inbound partnership inquiries** and actively support the **internationalization** of our marketplace
- ** Represent Redcare Pharmacy** at industry events and trade fairs, helping to boost visibility and trust

**Qualifications** About you**:

- You have **at least 3 years of experience** in Sales or Key Account Management
- You **love connecting with people** and can confidently communicate with diverse stakeholders
- You hold a **degree in business, marketing, e-commerce** or similar qualification
- You are **fluent in Italian and English**:

- You have a very good understanding of the **Italian digital market**, combined with strong business acumen to identify and engage the right partners
