**About the role**:
As the **Business Development Manager Italy, Marketplace (M/F/d),** you will be the driving force behind the expansion and success of our marketplace in Italy. Acting as the primary point of contact for potential sellers and key categories, you will promote our platform and foster long-term partnerships. Your role combines strategic sales, relationship management, and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities.
**Job Description** About your tasks**:

- Serve as the face of our marketplace in Italy, acting as the main contact for potential sellers and strategic categories.
- Promote, present, and sell our marketplace to potential sellers, focusing on the growth of Redcare.it.
- Take full ownership of your individual sales targets to drive marketplace growth.
- Conduct market research and proactively engage with potential sellers to expand our network.
- Leverage market data to identify and seize the most significant growth opportunities.

**Qualifications** About you**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally within a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare market and its business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or comparable professional qualifications.
- You are a resilient and results-driven individual who thrives in the face of challenges and complex scenarios.
