**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team based in Milano. He/she will continue the support to the event manager for the upcoming events for the organization/administrative activities and to the marketing coordinator for Strategic markets projects, with focus on university. The Marketing Intern will support some country managers marketing activities to understand how it is the workflow among the marketing team.

**Duties**:

- Support event organization activities (PanEU, Glocal and Local events) and internal organization
- Support on administrative activities (event cost recap, cost evaluation of hotels, event location, invoices support)
- Vendor support for quotations and administrative matters
- Rooming list creation, collection of team presence, dinner reservation, road map creation, agenda control, passes
- Internal organization and communication including collection of event essential information and road map creation
- Roll up and gadget creation
- Registration and serve as point of contact with the organization
- Literature and event material preparation
- Pre and post event cost evaluation
- Support invoice collection and post-event cost evaluation
- Cross-team collaboration for event digital activities
- Serve as contact point with event material suppliers
- Digital ability to input company profiles, images and products on fair organization platform
- Survey Monkey preparation after the main events
- Marketing Support, simple flyer creativities, banners, roll ups

**Education Degree**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or Marketing**Required Experience**:

- A minimum previous experience is preferred (also thanks to a previous internship)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
