We are recruiting a professional to join our Tax Team in Pescara, who will be involved in:

- Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;
- Assistance in tax litigation proceedings and in managing the relationship with the Italian Tax Authorities during the assessment procedures;
- Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
- Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
- Tax due diligence;
- Tax compliance.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

- Master's degree in Law;
- Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications.
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
- Flexible and dynamic approach.
- Master's degree in tax law.

Stiamo cercando un consulente da inserire nel nostro team **Team Tax** di **Pescara**, che si occuperà di:

- Analisi delle problematiche relative alla fiscalità diretta e indiretta nazionale e supporto continuativo alle imprese;
- Assistenza nella gestione del contenzioso tributario e nei rapporti con l’Amministrazione finanziaria nel corso del procedimento di accertamento dei tributi.
- Redazione di pareri in materia di fiscalità italiana e internazionale (Controlled Foreign Companies - CFC, Paesi in blacklist, stabili organizzazioni, ritenute alla fonte, ecc.);
- Analisi del trattamento fiscale delle operazioni straordinarie (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, ecc.);
- Attività di tax due diligence nell’ambito di operazioni societarie e ristrutturazioni aziendali;
- Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali e della compliance tributaria.
