You will support the team Marketplace South (Italy and Spain) throughout the entire commercial process.

\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS

Activity 1: You will be in charge of the
**administrative and legal support **related to the commercial contracts with Brands, including signatures’ coordination and uploading.

Activity 2: You will be the referent for the
**brands’ payments accounting**:you will be the point of contact
** between our sales team and the financial accountant team.**

Activity 3: You will coordinate the commercial Back office operations

Activity 4: You will coordinate the commercial classical activities, such as internal and external meetings organization, commercial trips and indirect procurement support.

- You are graduated in Economics or Law
- You have already experienced a Commercial Assistant role
- You are Italian and Spanish **bilingual and you are fluent in English**:

- You are always meet deadlines because you are very well organized
- You are a master in Excel and Power Point

- Team player You are able to work in synergy with internal stakeholders as you have the gift of negotiation skills
