We are looking for a **Material handling Supervisor/Orderfulfilment Lead** for our site in Monza, Italy. You will lead the overall site logistic operations and will be responsible for all relevant HSE, Quality, operational, cost & service aspects (material handling & order fulfilment). You will represent the site logistics organisation in the local leadership team for all material handling, order execution, dispatch, and distribution operations.

Most important, you will lead a team responsible for all internal and external order - end to end (batch allocation, dispatching, transport planning - freight monitoring - cost settlement). And you will act as the key operational point towards the Logistics Contracting Managers and CSO Managers.

Your area of responsibilities are:

- Delivery of a qualitative execution of the end-to-end delivery, transport and freight cost settlement process, with focus on customer service excellence - also covering reverse logistics
- Legal compliance of order fulfilment processes
- Manage, develop, coach and support the material handling and order fulfilment group as part of the site logistic organisation
- Contributes to increased customer awareness and represent voice of the customer into the local logistic organisation

**About you**:
You are an experienced logistics professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are pragmatic, autonomous, goal oriented, resilient individual with great coaching and leadership competencies. You are fluent in Italian and English. You are experienced in Ms Office and SAP.
