Key Responsibilities
- _Work with the Logistics Manager, 3PL warehouse and Customer Service Team to ensure a smooth and efficient operational flow of outbound logistics._
- _Support the warehouse teams to ensure that merchandise is processed in a timely manner._
- _Contact with carriers and freight forwarders relating to outbound shipments - from quote request to clearance support and delivery of cargo on time._
- _Monitoring of all outbound shipments and maintain shipping tracker to ensure all delivered are successful & Customer Service Team is kept up to date._
- _Resolve any shipment exceptions with carriers, freight forwarders and 3PL warehouse when they arise._
- _Ensure discrepancies for outbound shipments are resolved in liaison with the Logistics Manager, 3PL warehouse and Customer Service Team._
- _Support Logistics Manager and Logistics Coordinator to ensure efficient operational flow of inbound logistics_
- _Support with general enquiries regarding shipping quotes and duties / taxes._
- _Support with RTV shipments to suppliers._
- _Assist with internal stock transfers between Tomorrow’s warehouses._
- _Support with creation and circulation of daily and weekly reports._

- _Organisational skills, procedural mindset, ability to prioritise._
- _Be adaptable to changes and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment._
- _Understanding of quality management principles, attention to detail._
- _Moderate to advanced Excel skills desirable (e.g., Pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)._
- _Previous experience in Logistics preferred, but not mandatory._

- _Be enthusiastic, motivated and a committed self-starter with a “can do” attitude._
- _Be able to work unsupervised & remotely._
- _Be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines._
