The Logistics Coordinator will be directly responsible for coordination of logistics activities working with sales and all operational departments and external service providers.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily oversight of and coordination with local third-party Distribution and Warehouse partners for all JANUS et Cie Europe activities
- Collaborate with Internal Logistics, Sales and Client Service Teams to provide clients a luxury delivery and installation experience
- Create, track, update and distribute inbound shipment report and manage returns
- Supervise annual physical inventory at warehouse partner locations and showroom
- Enter all receipts in ERP system
- Manage weekly Inventory Cycle Counts and product inspections
- Manage inventory transfers between all European showrooms
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Prior knowledge and experience with logistics and/or transportation
- Computer proficient, intermediate experience with excel spread sheet data
- Fluent in English and Italian
