La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team**_ _**Facility Management, che si occupa di assicurare il funzionamento efficace ed efficiente dei servizi affidati ad appaltatori a supporto dell’ospedale.
- collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per le attività di riqualificazione e rifunzionalizzazione degli spazi volte al miglioramento dei servizi ospedalieri/sanitari, per le attività di propria competenza.
- mappare layout esistenti di uffici/postazioni lavoro/aree comuni e definire nuovi layout in base alle richieste delle varie funzioni interne all'organizzazione
- supportare il responsabile in qualità di interfaccia con consulenti esterni per attività di arredi per nuovi progetti
- gestire la segnaletica e cartellonistica interna e esterna
- supervisionare le attività di riqualifica e gestione delle aree verdi
- supportare il responsabile nella gestione di fornitori esterni per l’acquisto nuovi arredi e mantenere aggiornato il censimento degli arredi esistenti; monitorare e gestire il budget con relativa emissione di richieste di acquisto
- supportare le diverse funzioni aziendali per la gestione di eventi che prevedano l’occupazione di spazi interni all’ospedale
- garantire il supporto di tutte fase di auditing interni e con gli enti preposti per le attività di propria pertinenza
- gestire e Monitorare la qualità del servizio arredi e traslochi attraverso l’analisi dati (KPI), utilizzando i servizi di help desk (ticket), e il monitoraggio giornaliero e proporre un miglioramento del contratto o del servizio
- gestire la documentazione nel rispetto degli standard aziendali
