**PRODUCT MANAGER**

La risorsa che cerchiamo ricoprirà un ruolo centrale all’interno della struttura a supporto della Direzione Commerciale e della rete vendita come responsabile tecnico del prodotto. Garantirà inoltre il supporto tecnico necessario alla clientela sia in fase pre vendita che post vendita.

Desideriamo incontrare una persona che abbia maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, responsabile dell’assistenza técnica del prodotto a sostegno sia della rete vendita che dei clienti: dovrà preparare ed aggiornare le schede tecniche prodotti occupandosi di fornire la consulenza necessaria sia per l’installazione che per l’applicazione dei medesimi, fornire supporto alla rete vendita per l’elaborazione di offerte complesse e l’eventuale modifica della documentazione commerciale, tenere i contatti con i clienti ed i fornitori per progetti specifici, rapportarsi con la casa madre per i nuovi prodotti.

Per questo ruolo è indispensabile la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
