BSQ Security, Azienda Leader nell’offerta di soluzioni integrate per la sicurezza e il fleet management ricerca Operatore Customer.

La risorsa selezionata, a seguito di un percorso di affiancamento, si occuperà di:

- coordinare e gestire le richieste degli utenti fornendo costante supporto da remoto, acquisendo la conoscenza di tutti gli impianti ed i sistemi tecnologici utilizzati;
- gestire i sistemi di videosorveglianza e disporre eventuali interventi tecnici;
- monitorare da remoto i servizi di trasporto e risolvere eventuali anomalie;
- gestire i servizi di allarme collocati presso i clienti e verificare il corretto funzionamento degli stessi.

La risorsa ideale possiede:

- capacità lavorative in situazioni di stress, tenendo conto che il lavoro prevede la gestione telefonica di situazioni di emergenza;
- ottime conoscenze informatiche;
- conoscenza delle lingue inglese.

Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali:

- diploma di perito informatico;
- esperienza pregressa nella stessa mansione;
- possesso di decreto.

E' previsto un iniziale contratto a tempo determinato. Il lavoro è su turni e, pertanto, è richiesta disponibilità anche negli orari notturni e nei giorni festivi.
Contratto di lavoro: full time.
Sede di lavoro: Cava de' Tirreni (Sa).
