**IT Retail Project Manager**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una nuova figura da inserire all'interno dell'IT Department che, a diretto riporto dell'IT Director, si occuperà della Sales Digital Evolution aziendale. In qualità di Project Manager, sarà responsabile del coordinamento e della gestione delle varie fasi progettuali, interagendo con tutti gli attori interni ed esterni coinvolti.
**Principali attività**:
Creazione e monitoraggio dei Gantt di progetto in collaborazione con l'IT Director;
Partecipazione attiva alle fasi chiave dei progetti, tra cui analisi, test, formazione e Go Live;
Interfaccia diretta e supporto ai principali key user nell'analisi dei processi aziendali;
Gestione della società di consulenza esterna durante le diverse fasi di implementazione dei progetti, fungendo da principale riferimento aziendale;
Attività di supporto agli utenti finali, sia sul territorio italiano che nelle consociate estere;
Revisione e, se necessario, integrazione delle procedure redatte dalla società di consulenza;
Gestione delle eventuali evoluzioni e miglioramenti del progetto.
Almeno tre anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti legati alla Retail & Sales Digital Evolution;
Conoscenza approfondita dei processi del settore retail;
Esperienza pregressa nella gestione o partecipazione a progetti riguardanti sistemi CRM, PIM, DAM e POS;
Competenza nei flussi operativi della distribuzione di un prodotto e consolidata esperienza in ambito B2B;
Eccellente padronanza della lingua inglese;
Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte.
