Alpinestars is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow the Cycling Division, focused on high performance MTB apparel and protective gear. We also welcome international applicants and provide full relocation support for candidates moving to Italy. You will oversee sales strategy and execution for the cycling category, manage key markets and dealer networks, and lead a small sales team to drive sustainable growth, brand presence and customer relationships.Develop and execute sales strategies for the MTB cycling segment, achieving revenue and market share targets.Manage and expand relationships with distributors, specialty bike dealers and key retail partners.Lead, coach and develop a small sales team, set targets, and ensure strong field execution.Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, providing insights for product and commercial decisions.Collaborate with product, marketing and brand teams on launches, assortments and seasonal initiatives.Manage forecasting, budgeting and reporting, ensuring accurate planning and performance tracking.5 or more years of sales experience in cycling, outdoor or action sports, ideally in MTB apparel or protective gear.Strong network in the cycling retail and wholesale ecosystem.Proven track record of sales growth, key account management and negotiation.Experience leading or coordinating a small sales team.Strong analytical and commercial mindset, confident with forecasts and KPIs.Fluent in English, willing to travel, and passionate about mountain biking.A leadership role shaping the growth of Alpinestars' Cycling Division.•
