**Your Role**:
As a Market Access & HEOR Manager, you will develop and lead the national market access strategy together with the team; support tender strategies and management, in coordination with Tender Management, National Market Acces manager and the Brand Team; ensure time-to-access and support time-to-market of products, both considering actual and future portfolio; prepare Core Value Dossier (either National, regional, local), Value Story and Value messages and materials for payers/nonclinical stakeholders, with respect to the assigned brands and manage economic resources according with the defined budget.

**Who You are**:

- Economics or Scientific degree
- Pharmacoeconomics/HTA/BIM/Cost-effectiveness/P&R knowledge
- Full knowledge of HC ecosystem and processes, including tender management, to feed a purposeful approach
- Future orientation, mid-term vision
- Presentation and communication skills
- Integrity and compliance to all rules, regulations, and codes
- English and Italian fluent
