Reporting to the Global Market Access Director, the Global Market Access Manager will be responsible and will manage market access projects for international customers. This position will partner with the National Market Access Team to deliver added value projects by providing access insights, developing Pricing & Reimbursement dossiers and tools, engaging with market access stakeholders as well as driving pricing strategy activities, and lead activities to deliver access results in Italy and international markets.

**The Position Requires Expertise In The Following Areas**
- Understanding of the global payer and HTA landscape and main P&R archetypes
- Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Supporting assessment of business development opportunities providing MA assumptions/risks
- Providing V&A inputs
- Developing MA and P&R strategies
- Support clients in national MA and P&R activities
- Working synergistically with HEOR, national and regional access teams

The position requires an open-minded, project management and multitasking approach, with a strong business sense and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Qualifications** and Competencies**
- Fluent in English and Italian (third language is a plus)
- A minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical market access positions (consultancy background is an added value)
- Experience in pricing and reimbursement
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex environment
- Knowledge and understanding of payer systems and reimbursement challenges and opportunities
- Direct experience in HTA dossier submissions (negotiating experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of fundamentals of pharmacoeconomics
- Ability to translate strategic insights into practical initiatives to support value of projects
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking
- Agile, strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative ideas
- Ability to interface with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of market access strategy, opportunity and risks

**Education** Required**

Master in Science, Management Engineering or Business.

**Computer Skills**:Standard Computer Skills required

**Travel**: Approximately 30% of time
