Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in our Air & Ocean freight division. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Air & Ocean freight business.
- Identify and pursue new clients and market segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Requirements
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on Air & Ocean freight.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics processes.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
