Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rome or Milan, with the flexibility to work both onsite and from home. The Business Development Manager will oversee identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies for expansion. Responsibilities will also include market analysis, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen, with experience in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and creating growth strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in business tools such as CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant platforms
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid work settings
  • Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably in the investment or consulting sector
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus
