As part of the local implementation team, you will drive a group-wide transformation program to standardize and harmonize the KION process and IT landscape.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Tasks:

- As Local Learning & Enablement Support you will implement the enablement strategy and comprehensive training support for all affected employee groups through the implementation of new processes, systems and procedures in the context of business transformation.
- As Local Learning & Enablement Support, you will localize and execute comprehensive training support and thus detail out training needs analysis, localization of curricula and learning journeys for all end-user roles.
- You are the main Point of contact between the Core Program Training Team, Trainers and the Local Change Management Lead in executing the training piece of BT
- You are driving the Deployment of learning methods, assets and curriculums locally
- Furthermore, together with the local implementation team, you are coordinating and driving onsite training execution including logístical administration of training rooms to achieve a successful including the execution of the training schedule, the training detailed planning, administration and alignment with involved parties, as well as the logístical responsibility (e.g. room booking, local IT equipment provision etc.) and tracking of training participation
- In addition, you will be responsible for managing the localization and translation of training content centrally developed

**Your profile**:

- Based on your successful university studies in economics, psychology (or comparable) you have gained practical experience in the conception of training methods for at least 2 years, ideally in the area of PE/OE or the training department of an industrial group or a management consultancy.
- You have already accompanied comparably large business and/or IT change projects.
- You are familiar with Learning Management Systems.
- You are conceptually strong, set the right priorities when multitasking and can withstand the deadline pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- Thanks to your strong social skills, you know how to convince people at all levels, both internally and externally, and to assert yourself when necessary. In an interdisciplinary, international environment, you communicate and present confidently in English.
