Innovation & Transformation structure is in charge of developing projects to ensure the transformation and innovation of the technical and operational activities and to make the most out of new business and technological opportunities for Asset and Wealth Management (A&WM) Business Unit. The function is organized as follows:

- The Innovation structure is in charge of defining and coordinating the implementation of the innovation and digital strategy of the A&WM Business Unit and of ensuring the innovation of the technical and operational activities;
- The Transformation structure is in charge of coordinating the business transformation projects of the IT & Operations, the contribution of the IT & Operations to the Asset Management Business Unit projects, and the activities related to the definition of the Internal Regulations of Generali Investments Holding and the other entities covered by outsourcing contracts.
- Supporting the relevant stakeholders of the A&WM Business Unit involved in the project
- Defining the project governance
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities and budget requirements according to the identified target operating model
- Ensuring the achievement of project targets within the defined deadlines and implementing relevant escalation processes in case of deviations, proposing solutions and action plans
- Preparing the relevant supporting documents through the project lifecycle

Must have:

- Master’s Degree in fields such as Economics and Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in Financial Services/ Asset management industry or in top tier consultancy firms with focus on Financial Services/ Asset Management
- Demonstrable knowledge of the relevant Regulation (MiFID, UCITS, etc.) of the industry would be beneficial
- Italian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additional languages (French/ German) will be considered a plus
- The knowledge of ESG related topics is a nice to have
- Self-starter with ability to work with mínimal supervision and demonstrate ownership and accountability for project deliverables
- Ability to work with different stakeholders
- Ability to challenge status quo and support challenge with logical rationale
