**The team has the following main responsibilities**:
- Coordinate strategic assessments with particular reference to value creation and absorption of capital, in order to define Group strategic goals, also through strategic Benchmarking and banking sector analysis;
- Define growth strategies identifying both market trends and existing competitive advantages;
- Support the top management in strategic reviews and evaluation of the business portfolio;
- Monitor and have an opinion on the long-term trends in the banking market and how the bank should consider these in its industrial strategy.
**Program Description**
The International Internship Program is the initiative launched by the UniCredit Foundation in collaboration with UniCredit, which offers the most brilliant students the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship from 3 to 6 months in one of the Group countries in different business areas.
Requisiti
**Required skills**:
- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset;
- Understanding of Financial Institutions Group sector;
- Strong analytical / numeracy skills, with high level of attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal skills (especially communication and team player);
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and goal-oriented;
- Business Acumen.
