**The team has the following main responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and improving relationship with the financial community: institutional shareholders, buy side and sell side analysts, equity and fixed income investors and rating agencies
- Actively managing financial communication, including analysis of the Group and its market environment
- Defining the Group’s strategic financial communication guidelines (e.g. the “equity story”)
- Producing market and fixed income presentations, financial press releases, Q&As and earnings call scripts
- Monitoring changes and trends in investment markets and determining appropriate future financial strategy for the organization
- Preparing Capital Markets Day

**Key tasks**:
Shadow and support the team members in the main activities, such as:

- The preparation of regular financial market communication (such as analyst presentation, fixed income presentation, press release and Q&A for quarterly and annual results)
- Preparation of financial market communication (such as Capital Market Days or ad hoc communication)
- Preparation of materials for meetings with rating agencies (Moody’s, S&P, Fitch, etc)

The International Internship Program is the initiative launched by the UniCredit Foundation in collaboration with UniCredit, which offers the most brilliant students the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship from 3 to 6 months in one of the Group countries in different business areas.

Requisiti
- University student attending a Bachelor or a Master - at least enrolled in the 2nd year of Bachelor
- Excellent academic records
- Fluency in English
- Full-time availability
- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
- Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
