Posizione **Program Description**: The **International Internship Program** is the initiative launched by **the UniCredit Foundation** in collaboration with **UniCredit**, which offers the most brilliant students the opportunity to carry out a **curricular internship from 3 to 6 months** (in this case is 6-month internship) in one of the Group countries in different business areas. **Function Description**: Through our **Financial Sponsor Solutions Group ("FSS")**, we serve private equity funds and their portfolio companies with lending (incl. LBO financings) and lending-related business, coordinating other products and services including capital markets, loan agency, M&A advisory, hedging and corporate banking. We cover the full value chain from origination through to execution and portfolio support, from small to large transactions. Our highly experienced team provides coverage across Europe, with a particular strength in our home markets of Austria, Germany, Italy and CEE. UniCredit has been a Top-5 Bookrunner in leveraged financing transactions for private equity clients in Europe over the past five years. We are the undisputed leader for sponsor-driven leveraged financing transactions also in 2020*: #2 Italy, #3 Germany and #2 in CEE. - Assist in preparing and presenting internal memos and credit papers for Leveraged Buyouts - Provide as necessary financial and commercial analysis of Leveraged Buyout targets for internal credit process - Compile analysis of due diligence reports provided by external advisors - Prepare detailed financial models in Excel to illustrate management, base and downside cases and develop appropriate debt structures - Assist in preparing and presenting Information Memorandum for transactions structured and syndicated by UniCredit - Provide as necessary research on market sectors and LBO targets - Prepare ratings and pricing sheets for new and existing deals - Assist in preparing client presentations for general marketing activity and specific transactions - Complete presentations / projects for the Financial Sponsor Solutions group as assigned - Maintain internal client database Requisiti - University student attending a Bachelor or a Master - at least enrolled in the 2nd year of Bachelor - Excellent academic records - Full-time availability - Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset - Financial analysis - Broad general knowledge of global economics - Ability to critically analyse large amounts of information - Capability to prioritise and to multi-task - Pro-active thinking and initiative taking - Strong interpersonal skills with collaborative and team working aptitude - Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite - Proficiency in English and Italian Esperienza Inexperienced Formazione University
