**Client Description**: Per azienda leader operante nell'ambito delle tecnologie per il taglio metalli, materiali plastici, legnosi e fustelle, ricerchiamo una figura di "Engineering Manager". **Responsibilities**: La figura professionale inserita a capo dell'ufficio tecnico risponderà direttamente alla dirigenza e avraà come obiettivo quello di coordinare tutte le attività del team in particolare: - Organizzare le attività dell'ufficio tecnico coordinando circa 8 figure professionali, distribuendone i carichi di lavoro; - Progettare macchinari automatici e conoscerne gli schemi da un punto di vista elettrico, meccanico, oleodinamico e pneumatico;ù - Svolgere analisi FEM conseguenti alla progettazione laddove fossero necessarie; - Interfacciarsi con i fornitori e con gli acquisti interni per il reperimento dei materiali - Creare team building ed acquisire leadership sulle figure a suo riporto; - Collaborare con il Responsabile dell'Ufficio R&D con il quale si dovrà coordinare Verranno valutati esclusivamente professionisti in possesso dei seguenti requirement: - Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica di Secondo Livello o Vecchio Ordinamento; - Esperienza maturata nella gestione di un Ufficio Tecnico in ambito macchinari per il legno/centri di lavoro/macchinari taglio di almeno 5-10 anni; - Doti di leadership e manageriali in grado di creare squadra; - Flessibilità al lavoro e senso di responsabilità.
