**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at VEIL energy. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting their career in tech sales or looking to build experience in B2B SaaS. You’ll help us build pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and supporting targeted outbound outreach.
You’ll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator — all while contributing to a mission that helps companies reduce waste and improve energy efficiency.
**Your Responsibilities**
**Inbound Lead Management**:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads against clear criteria
- Book introductory calls for the Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure high-quality lead handover.
**Outbound Prospecting**:
- Research target companies and contacts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing on lead feedback and messaging improvements.
- Contribute insights from customer conversations to help refine our outreach.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing or commercial role (internships and part-time roles welcome).
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is a bonus.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Curiosity about B2B sales and energy/sustainability.
- Organized and proactive — able to follow up and follow through.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
