**German Speaking Agent - Internship**

**40 hours per week, Monday-Friday**

**Rome, hybrid**

**Are you an automotive fan? Do you speak fluent German and enjoy providing the best solutions for customers? MSXI has the job for you**

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **German Speaking Agent** to join our team in Rome.

**The Role**
- Answering customers inquires via ticket system or phone calls
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups

**About you**

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal German Speaking Agent has:

- Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Fluent level of Italian, English and German (French is a plus);
- Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus;
- Great problem-solving and communication skills;
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities.

**Working pattern**:

- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Rome - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office)
