**Omnichannel Strategy Manager**

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Omnichannel Strategy and Data Science Manger, as **Omnichannel Strategy Manager** you’ll be working within the Digital Team, Marketing & Medical teams to create and execute the right plans for our communication strategy, take advantage of streaming opportunities and develop strategies to improve our metrics. You will lead the implementation, rollout and follow-up of projects within the AstraZeneca omnichannel strategy, collaborating with the cross-functional teams for the development of new digital approaches towards the physicians.

The role broadly includes the following key components:

- Design and roll-out the omnichannel journeys, working on multiple projects liaising with cross functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Monitor execution and coordinate developments with engineering teams (multiple teams, using multiple tools, reporting styles)
- Quickly raise and report risks (delivery date, resource availability, dependencies) and inconsistencies across projects at the company level
- Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and drive progress on execution.
- Design custom digital solutions to operate and to thrive- Collaborate in the creation of contents and choice of tones and channels
- Strategize, design and execute multivariate tests across channels
- Own Digital Marketing KPI Metrics to successfully drive business outcomes
- Manage all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of Information Technology, Engineering or Economics
- At least +3 years of client facing experience
- At least +2 years of experience of stakeholder and project management within a high paced environment
- Familiar with agile methodology in order to manage new projects in sprint sessions
- Teamwork
- Strong communications skills
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian

**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven hands-on experience in digital campaign management
