**Role: Inside Channel Sales Account Manager**
**Role Overview**:

We are currently seeking a dynamic **Internal Channel Sales Representative**to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in Italy.
You would act as a key team member supporting channel partners and Fortinet’s account managers in the **Italian market**, enabling strong partner engagement and contributing to regional sales growth.
**As an Inside Channel Sales Account Manager, you will**:
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to support sales initiatives and partner relationships
- Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential customer opportunities
- Help prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners
- Assist in organizing calls, demos, and meetings with customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing learning and development to gain knowledge of Fortinet’s products and services
- Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner-focused initiatives
**We Are Looking For**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
- Comfortable working with people and building relationships in a hybrid (in-office and remote) setting
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A positive, curious mindset and a strong desire to learn
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus—but not essential
- An interest in technology and/or cybersecurity is welcomed
