The TPS Services Global Operations Parts leader will be responsible for the Materials organization on all aspects for the execution of the parts fulfillment and inventory strategy for TPS in order to be fast and efficient in responding to our customer needs. He/She will lead a multi-functional team to set up and drive strategy to achieve Parts On Time Delivery, Inventory Targets, Regional Alignment on Priorities and Convertibility. He/She will lead a team of approx. 100 employees focused on Regional process alignment, Parts, Material management, Forecasting, Cost-out, Planning and Logistics leveraging contemporary and emerging digital technologies

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Responsible for fulfillment of all new service part streams and for maintaining and improving on time delivery.
- Ensure strong process and standards, consistency, controllership, as well as fulfillment excellence across TPS Services
- Manages the Forecast, Demand and Supply Chain planning for all parts.
- Responsible for the parts pacing process for services
- Leads and supports operational improvements around the overall Parts FF value chain
- Responsible for the Inventory balance for services and develop and implement KPIs, processes to measure and drive continuous inventory performance improvement.
- Responsible for Industrial Aero Gas Turbine forecasting, planning and reconfigurations.
- Responsible for warehouse operations and logistics to support TPS
- Collaborate with the central process improvement teams improve process efficiency
- Responsible for fostering an environment of collaboration across boundaries and the creation of a culture of engagement and personal growth,
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Extensive years of proven operational leadership experience.
- Proven success in leading diverse teams in a global matrix environment.
- Coaching/mentoring capability
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
Possess strategic mindset and an analytical, data-driven approach
- Proven leader with extensive ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive team environment, and coach teams & colleagues
- Strong project management methodology background: ability to move projects with diverse stakeholders to timely completion while maintaining an understanding of long-term goals
- Unyielding commitment to compliance and integrity.
- A quick learner, who networks outside of the organization to learn best practices
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
