- Collaborate with multiple division and teams to migrate the required product data, technical data, marketing data into PIM.
- Drive PIM tool development with fast-moving, cross-functional teams (e.g., business users, engineers, marketing, partners)
- Plan and execute unit, regression, integration, and acceptance testing related to PIM System enhancements, changes, and upgrades.
- Perform system administration of PIM including enabling/disabling users, assigning/creating/maintaining security roles, supporting and training business users, working with software vendor to resolve reported issues, and monitoring system performance.
- Write specs, manage project execution, and support the definition of system roll-out strategy including change management.
- Oversee governance, business processes, data integrations and technology needed for PIM platform.
- Assist with building the PIM roadmap, governance, customer workshops, implementation, and document PIM processes.
- Ensure that solutions developed within the area of responsibility are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Ability to engage, envision, and collaborate to build solutions that encompass the end to end processes;
- Consulting approach, ability on understanding internal customer needs;
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction including providing regular status on assigned activities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and metric-intense environment;
- Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles;
- Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in helping the business understand complex technical processes and systems;
- Project management skills.
**Basic qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study;
- Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills with 5+ years of experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity;
- Experience in one PIM platform and related processes is preferred;
- Knowledge in assessments, designing, configuring, development, data quality and implementation methodologies is preferred.
