IT Business Analyst Digital Asset Management

As a **Business Analyst **, **you will control over all aspects of the **Digital asset management (DAM) **platform, with full feature functionality and administrative capabilities. You will be responsible also for the administration and support of the DAM platform and processes that include the importation, delivery, and support of all content. This position will ensure that the platform is configured in accordance with defined data governance, and that data integrity is maintained.
- Facilitate workshops around DAM to understand business user challenges, define process requirements and document future state process maps
- Write specs, manage project execution, and support the definition of system roll-out strategy including change management.
- Plan and execute unit, regression, integration, and acceptance testing related to DAM System enhancements, changes, and upgrades.
- Perform system administration of DAM including enabling/disabling users, assigning/creating/maintaining security roles, supporting and training business users, working with software vendor to resolve reported issues, and monitoring system performance.
- Collaborate with multiple division and teams to migrate the required digital assets into DAM.
- Drive DAM tool development with cross-functional teams (e.g., business users, engineers, marketing, partners)
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, implementing and supporting DAM system and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Assist with change management and training initiatives related to DAM system.
- Ensure that solutions developed within the area of responsibility are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction including providing regular status on assigned activities;
- Ability to engage, envision, and collaborate to build solutions that encompass the end to end processes;
- Consulting approach, ability on understanding internal customer needs;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and metric-intense environment;
- Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles;
- Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in helping the business understand complex technical processes and systems.;
- Project management skills.

**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study;
- Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills with 5+ years of experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity;
- Experience in one DAM platform and related processes is preferred;
- Knowledge in assessments, designing, configuring, development, data quality and implementation methodologies is preferred.
