**JOB SUMMARY**
The position has control over all aspects of Vertiv Global Customer Data Platform (CDP) that combines data from multiple tools to create a single centralized customer database containing data on all touch points and interactions with Vertiv products or services. CDP database can then be segmented in a nearly endless number of ways to create more personalized marketing campaign. CDP Analyst will be responsible for the administration and support of Global CDP platform and processes that include design, importation, delivery, and support of all contents. This position will ensure that the platform is configured in accordance with defined data governance, and that data integrity is maintained.
He/She need to have a strong understanding of best CDP practices and be fully trained on the various features and operations of customer and contacts data.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Facilitate workshops around CDP to understand business user challenges, define process requirements and document future state process maps;
- Write specs, manage project execution, and support the definition of system roll-out strategy including change management;
- Plan and execute unit, regression, integration, and acceptance testing related to CDP System enhancements, changes, and upgrades;
- Perform system administration of CDP including enabling/disabling users, assigning/creating/maintaining security roles, supporting and training business users, working with software vendor to resolve reported issues, and monitoring system performance;
- Collaborate with multiple division and teams to migrate the required digital assets into CDP;
- Assist with change management and training initiatives related to CDP system;
- Ensure that solutions developed within the area of responsibility are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).

- Sales and Marketing Managers, Regional Marketing team, Sales Representatives;

- IT Management.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction including providing regular status on assigned activities;
- Ability to engage, envision, and collaborate to build solutions that encompass the end to end processes;
- Consulting approach, ability on understanding internal customer needs;
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and metric-intense environment;
- Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles;
- Project management skills.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study;
- Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills with 3+ years of experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity;
- Deep knowledge in Customer and Contacts management and data governance;
- Experience in one CDP software platform and related processes is preferred.
