**Role Summary/Purpose**

The **_operation and productivity specialist _**will support all RQS productivity initiatives within the organization, working in a cross-functional environment to achieve engineering hours saving target, Direct material productivity and support the TEEC operating rhythm for the main indicators enabling the organization to achieve the business target, (NPI cost and Fulfilment, Workload, Cost out metric, outsourcing )
**Essential Responsibilities**
- He/she will have to setup the right business data analytics and tools to search, organize, and deliver info to the organization, define and monitor actions.
- He/she will be accountable for projects efficiency through all OTR project’s lifecycle.
- He/she will contribute to provide regular updates to senior business leadership on operational performance on key Initiatives
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Economic Science from an accredited university or college
- some years of experience in an operation position
- Data analytics proficiency
- Strong leadership attitude
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for challenging and changing situations
- English fluency
- EU Work Permit
