GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms. Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transformation Program: Contribute to the design and implementation of the organization's finance transformation program, focusing on payments and bank account management processes within the ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and drive change initiatives.
- ERP Systems Integration: Assess existing systems and processes related to payments and bank account management to identify integration opportunities and ensure seamless flow of financial data between the ERP system and external systems. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement integration solutions that enhance data accuracy, streamline workflows, and optimize payment processes.
- IT Architecture and Infrastructure: Provide expertise in IT architecture and infrastructure planning, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of the ERP system's payments and bank account management capabilities. Collaborate with IT teams to define the technology roadmap, aligning it with the organization's strategic objectives. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Payments and Bank Account Management Process Optimization: Analyze existing payments and bank account management processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement process reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within the ERP system. Leverage system functionalities and automation opportunities to streamline payment processes, optimize bank account management, and enhance cash management capabilities.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within the ERP system, specifically related to payments and bank account management. Stay updated on relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Implement controls and procedures to ensure compliance and support audits.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, IT teams, and external partners (e.g., banks, payment service providers), to understand their requirements, address concerns, and foster collaboration. Act as a trusted advisor on ERP-related matters within the transformation program. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of payments and bank account management functionalities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., ERP certifications) are advantageous.
- Extensive experience (4+ years) working with ERP systems, with a focus on payments and bank account management processes
- Good background in IT architecture, systems integration, and software management, preferably within a group-level transformation program.
- Strong knowledge of payments and bank account management processes, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in driving finance transformation initiatives and process optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- English Level: C1 or higher
