Position Summary

We are looking for a qualified Mobile App specialist to join our eCommerce team. You will be working with our global and local team to ensure maintenance and marketing plan execution of our Shop App mobile app.

Role and Responsibilities

Plan and execute App marketing calendar by yearly & monthly aligned with business plan and budget.

Support and boost App discoverability and drive quality users to download, install and engage with the App according with business strategy and KPIs.

Schedule App promotion go live (e.g., set promotion scheme, budget etc.) according with commercial strategy plan and align with related teams and people to execute the campaign / promotion.

Content production: Create campaign / promotion content and publish coordinating creative agency / internal designer, and review deliverables.

Authoring: Publish pages on QA environment, set deep link if needed

Audience Targeting : Create audience files to send the push notification and upload the file into Push Management in CMS, set campaign and monitor performance.

Fixing bugs and performance problems to optimize performance

Writing clean, readable, and testable code if needed

Work closely with Sales Manager, Marketing team and Analytics team to monitor app performance, KPIs and schelude A/B test

Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the global team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
- A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways
- May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways
- Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative
- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- May mentor or coach team members
- Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
