**Position Snapshot**:

- Nespresso in Italy, Milan (Assago) Head Quarter
- Undergraduates or graduates in Engineering, Economics
- Full-time internship (6 months)
- Start date: September

**Position Summary**:
**A day in the life of...**:

- Ensure consistent, high service levels towards right Repair Performances and service level by monitoring and taking required action on cases
- Analyse Report and Performances of Nespresso After Sales Center
- Automatize analysis on Machines Performances and Costs management
- Support in developing changes and/or enhancements to the current procedures within Operation functions, collaborating in project for lean process reengineering with Customer Relationship involvement
- Collaborate in the optimization of Operational KPIs

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Curiosity and interest to processes in a complex and dynamic After Sales and Technical Services
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Positive forward-looking mindset and team spirit
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (macro), PowerPoint, Power BI
- Fluent in English
